If improving your health and fitness is a goal, surrounding yourself with others you can commit to meet with and be accountable to, is the most effective way to get there.

Join one of our FiTT coaches and a group of other people on a similar fitness journey to yourself and reach your fitness goals.

Our coaches here at FiTT do what they do because they know that your health and fitness play a huge role in your kingdom effectiveness. Their mission is to help you achieve your physical goals so that you can be ready, in season and out, for the work you are called to. If you feel like your level of fitness or health is holding you back from achieving everything God has for you in this season, consider joining a FiTT cohort where you can be equipped, encouraged and empowered on your journey.

Over the summer we are offering a new form of online fitness we are calling intensives. If you have a crazy schedule this summer with travel or vacation, you may not be able to commit to a once-per-week cohort at the same time every week. Our intensives are just one week long, a chance for you to tune in each day at the same time with a coach and get some “intense” work invested into your health and fitness that will fuel you in your other endeavors this summer.
